TattooApparel.com has carried several designs of men's shirts each season from Mission Clothing for the last several years. We are pleased to announce that we have agreed to start making their entire line available to both our online customers and our Perpetual Vogue retail store customers.

This week we added several of their new styles to the Mission Clothing category on TattooApparel.com . We will be doing a photo shoot with our models sometime in the near future to photograph the rest of the line and will then add all of the items onto the web site so our customers all over the world can have access to his edgy California based clothing line.

The King of Pop continues to break more records since his unfortunate death. The CD, This Is It, seen in the above photo from Amazon is a top seller on Amazon and other sites. The movie, This Is It is bringing in big crowds during its limited release.

We were surprised a week or so back when we started receiving phone calls from customers asking us for the Red Lion Shirt that Michael Jackson wears on stage in This Is It. There are also several photographs of Michael wearing this shirt in the booklet that comes with the music CD. A local customer who had seen the shirt in our retail boutique in the past came in looking for it but we were currently sold out of them. We viewed the photos to see which shirt all the excitement was about and found that it is indeed a shirt from one of our favorite designer brands, Mission Clothing. It is the Mission Red Lion Shirt.

We went to visit our friends at Mission Clothing in their design studio on Monday and shot some video of the Mission Red Lion shirt that they have framed in the studio. Indigo Star Rocker Style Mens Wear that is affordable

We love finding fashion companies that have their design team based in Los Angeles. It allows us to meet with them in person to view get a real feel for their take on fashion and view the quality of their designs.

Recently we met with the team at Indigo Star. Indigo Star is based in Los Angeles and all of their design work is done there. They have some items manufactured off shore but the actual design work is done in Los Angeles and they keep a firm hand on quality control. It is an understatement to say that we were impressed. Indigo Star mens wear has fashion forward designs equal to what we expect to find with well known streetwear brands. The beauty of Indigo Star is that the quality is actually better than many of the well known, oversaturated fashion brands that are on the market yet their prices are lower.

Indigo Star jeans and shirts have a look that makes us think of Garage Band makes it big yet wants to wear fashions that are edgy but at the same time don't look like they are trying to hard to be cool.

No one can deny the popularity of the cage fighting phenomena. It gets more and more popular over time between MMA, UFC and other fight associations it seems that there is always a big fight about to be fought.

Clothing companies of course follow current trends and it seems like there are fighter brand shirts everywhere these days. We have made a point of only carrying the fighter style shirts from One More Round and OMR by One More Round. The reason we chose to carry this brand is that they appeal to a wide audience. We have been putting a lot of focus lately on finding new brands and designers with an emphasis on Los Angeles based companies. A couple of months back the designers of Projex Brand visited with us at our boutique and showed us samples of their new clothing line. We were impressed and brought some of the designs into our boutique right away. They have been a real hit with our customers. We just added the line to our web site, TattooApparel.com this afternoon.

Projex Brand shirts for men and hoodies for women are 100 percent cotton and made in the USA. The designs remind us of Japenese Yakuza body tattoos in their style. Current designs include Koi Fish Tattoo Art, Tiger Tattoo Art and Dragon Tattoo Art on shirts and hoodies. Projex fashions have specialty washes such as mineral washes giving the fabric a wonderful soft feel with added distressing for an edgy look.
