The latest issue of Rolling Stone Magazine has a great shot of Adam wearing the Scarab Pendant from our Rocker Jewelry Line that Adam has been wearing on stage quite a bit during the Idols Live Tour. We also received a great photo of Adam wearing the Scarab Pendant checking his look in the mirror right before he hits the stage. Adam really rocks this jewelry.

Peace Sign Retro Cool Fashion Designs

They say that fashions cycle and always come back. A trend that we have noticed lately is the Peace Sign showing up in fashion again. The Peace Sign is no longer something you just see on old tie dyed tee shirts. Fashion seems to be giving a retro nod to the colorful styles of the 60's flower children. We like what we are seeing. The Peace Sign is artistic and symbolic - this time around fashion houses are utilizing it in new ways by adding a little bling, adding it to higher end mens fashions, combining it with hearts or flowers and making it a part of more intricate tattoo art designs.


Men can even wear a Peace Sign to the office by wearing the limited edition John Lennon button front shirts from English Laundry. Ladies have lots of choices with tank tops, short dresses, long dresses, wallets and handbags to choose from among the current hot items. Edgy New Dresses from Los Angeles Fashion Design Houses

Over the past year or so when visiting big name Department Stores we have noticed a decline in the quality of the women's apparel from the big name brand companies. This may be caused by these big name brands trying to cut corners to try to deal with the declining economy while their production costs have risen. Something had to give somewhere and it seems to be the quality of the designs, fabric and styles that has suffered when it comes to these big name brands.


We recently decided to start carrying more women's fashions. To that end we decided to use our contacts in the Los Angeles Fashion District to find high quality items from smaller local design houses. Design Houses that target high end boutiques do not have the same overhead as the big manufacturers who try to target everyone and manufacture in mass - so this results in their being able to in many cases have better designs, use higher quality fabrics and come up with garments that are much nicer than most of what you see in big chain stores while keeping great price points. We are lucky in that TattooApparel.com and Perpetual Vogue are owned by a gal whose spouse actually runs a fabric manufacturing plant in Los Angeles and he can tell us which design houses use quality fabrics so we know where to go for great quality items.


We recently received in several shipments from these small Los Angeles Fashion Houses and are thrilled with the edgy designs and superior quality. The new dresses and tunics have been selling very well in our retail store where our customers demand unique designs and high quality. They are loving the very reasonable prices for these new items. New Rock Star Style Rocker Jewelry items have arrived

We recently met with our jewelry fabricator to come up with some new Rocker Jewelry designs. We spend a great afternoon in her studio collaborating on ideas to come up with lots of new unisex pendant designs.

The first six new designs arrived this week and we will be receiving several more new pieces in the very near future.

We love all the new pieces but my personal stand out favorites are the huge Red Crystal design with the long metal spikes, the Skull and Crossbones Medallion on Yellow Snakeskin print Leather , the Venus Medallion and the Iron Cross Medallion on Black Leather. I love the larger bold pieces such as these. For those not into such large pieces we do have several pendants that are not as big including the new Sacred Heart Cross and Kitty pendants.
